Telling on Trixie
Telling On Trixie is an up and coming New York City rock band created from such a partnership of opposites- the introverted guitarist and the extroverted lead singer who bring out the best in one another to create something bigger than themselves. On their self-titled, debut album, you can hear the seamless result of two very different people joining together to create music with skill and passion and its music that is already substantially impacting listeners. The debut album is in rotation on hundreds of stations nationwide, ranking as high as #2 on several stations College Music Journal Top 30 charts. Among the first to spin the album was Jonathan Clarke of Q104.3 in New York, KWSS FM in Phoenix and Mondo Blu in Spain. Several nationwide festival, club and college dates are scheduled to support their debut release, including the Cincinnati Midpoint Music Festival and Red Gorilla

Dolan and The Straight Shot guitarist and chief songwriter, Bruce Koplow; bassist, Sue Williams; drummer, David Longworth and keyboardist, Jonny Rosch put slow-burning blues jams together with ballads and tight rockers on NOTHING TO HIDE. Despite some graying, Dolan says his generation inextricably linked to the music of the 60s remains passionate about music and continues to turn out in droves for concerts. RIKKI LA ROUGE:BIOGRAPHY Rikki La Rouges father and grandmother bought her her first Peavey mic and amp system in 1988. The first time that Rikki performed on stage was in 1992 as a part of a tap group routine to the song Chattanooga Choo Choo in a dance recital called From His Hands. In 1993, after Rikki heard the music of Prince Rikkis dream of being in the music business began. First she started singing and writing her own songs. In the beginning under Princes influence Rikki learned a lot about singing, writing songs and life. She started out as a garage singer/songwriter, she used to go to a garage for hours and sing, come up with lyrics, rap and have a good time doing it. When guitarist and songwriter Charlie Wheeler decided it was time to make a proper recording, he enlisted the help of Anthony Brown, the very talented keyboardist, engineer and producer at AllSound Studios in Warren, PA.Anthony helped me assemble the right mix of players to get this project going. says Wheeler.
